Company Description

Reporting into the Head of Commercial (MVNO) the Lead Partner Manager is responsible for a portfolio of Enterprise MVNO partnerships, supported by a Partner Manager and working with a broad virtual team across Three UK to deliver long-term growth.

Working in one of Three’s most innovative and fastest growing departments, you will contribute to the P&L of your partners through strong relationships and the execution of strategic account plans. Proactively identifying and solving challenges and opportunities, you will understand partner needs and develop tailored solutions and business cases that deliver incremental value to Three UK and your partners.

We are looking for someone who is great with people, customer focused, loves working in a very broad and varied environment, results driven and commercially savvy. You’ll have experience of building strong relationships and delivering results with customers/partners, influencing cross functionally under pressure in a complex and fast changing environment.


Job Description

Commercial Performance – Manage day to day P+L performance and reporting, effectively forecasting, managing opportunities and threats ensuring the best outcome for all parties against a quarterly plan to deliver against the strategic goals.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management - Build, develop and maintain effective, co-operative relationships with key stakeholders within Three UK and your partners businesses who are instrumental in achieving the business objectives. Influence strategy (within Three UK or the partner) where appropriate.

Service & Customer Experience – Understand partners requirements, plans and market challenges, work closely with cross functional teams to deliver cost effective methods of support. Drive perception and advocacy of Three UK and our network across your partners.

Market Expertise & Commercial Insight - Keep abreast of market dynamics and opportunities, attain and maintain full working knowledge of relevant market pricing, products and services.  

MVNO Champion – Develop a deep understanding of partners cultures, organisational and commercial priorities. Continually seek opportunities to consult and add value whilst developing commercial benefit for Three UK.

  • Well-developed stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Managing complex relationships and negotiations
  • Building and executing account plans
  • Ability to drive performance through a virtual, cross-functional team
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Detail orientated and always striving to deliver to the highest standards

Additional Information

  • The salary range for this role starts at £53,760, the exact salary will differ by job and experience
  • A car allowance, a performance based annual bonus & an additional 'flexible allowance' to spend on additional benefits, topping up your pension, or to be added to your salary.
  • Hybrid working between your home (2-3 days a week) and our brand new Reading HQ office at Green Park (2-3 days a week)
  • 28 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays + 3 personal days annually, which increases with length of service.

At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry on their role.

Excluding retail, our core hours at Three are between 10:00 and 16:00, with operating hours between 08:00 & 18:30. This allows employees to have a start time between 08:00 and 10:00 and finish time between 16:00 and 18:30.
