We believe that through collaboration and connection with our colleagues we can achieve great things. Our hybrid working approach allows our people to work both in the office and at home, providing the flexibility and resources you need to succeed in your role. We don't require you to be in on specific days; instead, we ask people to come into the office 2-3 days each week, for at least 8 days per month. You should work with your line manager to understand what their expectations are for you, your specific role and your team.

Who We Are

We’re here to build a network the UK can count on – one that connects people, places and potential. Because no matter where you live, what your background is, or how you get online – we think everyone deserves the same chance to stay connected, and with VodafoneThree, that future’s being built – today.

We’re creating more than the UK’s best network. We’re helping close the digital divide, empower communities and drive meaningful progress.

We believe that everyone should feel they belong. Whoever you are and whatever your story, there’s space for you here. We’re building a workplace where different perspectives are welcomed, voices are heard, and everyone feels safe to show up as themselves.

You’ll join a team that genuinely cares – about each other, about our customers, and about the future we’re building. From day one, you’ll be welcomed, valued and encouraged to bring your whole self to work.

Why VodafoneThree

Join us and you’ll be at the heart of change. That means building responsibly, investing sustainably and creating opportunities that last.

We’re not just expanding connectivity; we’re reimagining what a connected nation looks like. With £11bn invested in 5G and digital infrastructure, your work will directly power businesses, services, and communities across the country.

You’ll work on real challenges, with real impact, across every corner of the country. Wherever you join us, whatever your role, you’ll be helping to build a future that works better for everyone.

We move at pace, because what we’re building matters – and we’re learning as we go. We’re proud of the progress we’ve made, but we’re just getting started.

Job Description

What You'll Do:

The Integrated Producer is a production role within Generation, VodafoneThree's award-winning in-house agency. As part of the Creative Production function, the Integrated Producer is responsible for producing video and stills content across the brand portfolio from pre-production to delivery. Reporting to the Executive Producer, the role supports or takes ownership of shoots and social content productions, manages relationships with social content creators and freelance talent and crew, and supports larger productions across the full production pipeline. A strong understanding of production and post-production workflows is essential: the Integrated Producer should be able to anticipate post-production requirements during pre-production and on set, brief post teams clearly, and manage delivery schedules confidently from the producer side. This is a production-first role for someone with experience producing content across a range of media, with a bias towards video and stills, but comfortable with print and activation-style production too.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Shoot Production & On-Set Ownership

  • Take ownership of shoots and social content productions from pre-production through to wrap, managing logistics, call sheets, kit, talent coordination, and on-set decisions independently.

  • Brief, manage, and coordinate social content creators, production teams and freelancers, ensuring deliverables meet brand standards, platform requirements, and agreed timelines.

  • Work with the Executive Producer or Producer on larger productions, taking on defined areas of on-set responsibility and contributing actively to shoot-day delivery.

  • Make confident, practical decisions on set to keep productions moving efficiently and protect the quality of the captured material.

2. Pre-Production Planning

  • Lead pre-production on assigned projects/campaigns, including feasibility, location research, talent briefing, recces, risk assessments, and supplier coordination.

  • Contribute to pre-production on larger productions under the direction of the Creative Director and Executive Producer, taking ownership of specific workstreams such as logistics, casting, or kit planning.

  • Anticipate post-production requirements during pre-production, ensuring shoots are planned to capture what the post team will need and proactively managing/mitigating gaps before the day.

  • Manage usage rights documentation, talent releases, location permissions, and partner sign-offs accurately across all productions.

3. Post-Production Coordination

  • Act as the producer-side point of contact through post-production, briefing edit teams clearly, managing delivery schedules, and tracking progress against agreed timelines.

  • Understand post-production workflows well enough to anticipate bottlenecks, flag risks early, and make informed decisions about priorities and sequencing.

  • Manage asset handover from shoot to post-production, ensuring footage is correctly logged, transferred, and organised.

  • Coordinate amends and approval rounds, keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring feedback is clear, consolidated, and actionable.

4. Supplier & Creator Management

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with social content creators, freelancers, and production suppliers.

  • Brief external collaborators clearly and manage their delivery to agreed standards, timelines, and brand requirements.

  • Coordinate supplier and crew logistics, documentation, and invoicing accurately, escalating performance issues to the Executive Producer or the Head of Creative Production promptly.

5. Quality & Standards

  • Maintain consistent production quality across all projects, from the organisation of a shoot day through to the clarity of a post-production brief.

  • Escalate any production, scheduling, or quality risks to the relevant Account Manager or the Executive Producer in a timely manner.

  • Contribute to the curious, supportive and ambitious culture that exists within Creative Production and in Generation.

Measures of Success

  • Shoots and social content productions delivered on time, on brief, and to quality standard.

  • Social content creators, production partners and freelancers managed effectively, with deliverables consistently meeting brand and platform standards.

  • Post-production runs smoothly on projects produced by this role, with clear briefs, well-organised assets, and proactive schedule management.

  • Larger productions supported reliably, with defined areas of responsibility delivered without gaps.

Qualifications

Who You Are:

Shoot & Production Experience

  • Demonstrable hands-on shoot experience, with a track record of taking ownership of mid-scale productions and contributing actively on larger ones.

  • Experience briefing and managing social content creators, freelancers, or external production talent.

  • Solid understanding of the full production pipeline from brief and pre-production through to delivery, with the ability to manage people and logistics effectively across concurrent productions.

  • Familiarity with usage rights, talent release processes, and location permission requirements.

Post-Production Understanding

  • A producer-level understanding of post-production workflows: how edits are structured, what the edit team needs from a shoot, how delivery schedules work, and where the common bottlenecks occur.

  • Good knowledge of what is required for campaigns with a large print/physical component, including understanding of retouch pipelines for large-scale OOH campaigns.

  • Ability to brief post teams clearly and manage the post-production process.

Pre-Production Skills

  • Experience leading pre-production, including logistics planning, location research, talent coordination, and risk assessment.

  • Instinct for anticipating what post-production will need and planning shoots accordingly.

Working Practice

  • Practical, solutions-focused approach with the ability to make confident decisions on set and keep productions moving under pressure.

  • Clear and effective communicator with peers, external creators, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

  • Organised working practice with the ability to manage concurrent productions across different stages of the pipeline without things falling through the gaps.

  • A good egg who is motivated by shared success rather than personal achievement.
